## What to have ready

When contacting support, include:

* **Order ID** -- visible on the [Activity](/activity) page. This is the most important piece of information.
* **Wallet address** -- the address associated with your order.
* **Transaction references** -- payment reference from your bank app (for buys) or on-chain transaction hash (for sells).
* **Description** -- what happened and at which step.
